To use:
Soak feet in warm water and a capful of soaking salt for 5 minutes
Remove foot from foot spa and file with the coarse side, finishing with the fine side
Apply our shea body butter to feet to retain moisture and keep feet soft
Rinse foot file under running water, brushing off debris with a soft brush.
Allow to dry completely before storing
